SLED is a schematic editor allowing designers to perform graphic entry and configuration of their designs in a shorter time. The flexibility of the schematic editor SLED enables the design of true mixed-signal circuits as well as multi-level and multiphysics systems.
SLED naturally becomes the central element of any logic, analog and mixed-signal schematic driven design flow!
Key Strengths of the Schematic Editor SLED
- Flexible and intuitive user interface
- Customizable & user friendly GUI (colors, grid & configuration, property editors for libraries, cells and schematics or symbols...)
- Functions accessible by pop-up menus, keyboard shortcuts or scripts
- Windows-like style for a better user acquaintance
- TCL-based Scripting API for automating repetitive tasks
- Support of the most common modeling languages: SPICE, Verilog, Verilog-A(MS), VHDL, VHDL-AMS
- Libraries of user-parameterizable models
- Quick localization of design problems with user configurable Design Rule Checker
- Multi language mixed-signal customizable netlisting with Design Context configurations
- Dynamic link with the mixed-signal simulator SMASH
- Display of waveform results in SLED and automatic update of simulation results following parameter modifications in the schematic
- Back-annotation and cross-probing
- Interoperability
- EDIF Import/Export
- Capability to import designs from ECS entry solutions legacy (including Synario, Cohesion HDS & Laker-AMS)
